Alison Park
Alison Park, founder of Blink Strategic Consulting, is an educator with 12 years of experience teaching, advising and coaching students in grades 7-12. As the founder of Blink Strategic Consulting, Alison has 19 years of experience working with schools and other organizations, at all levels of institution and community, to realize their responsibilities and aspirations for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). She has worked in public, private, alternative and community-based nonprofit education; and served on the boards of the Mosaic Project (as an advisor), Park Day School and SMART. Alison earned her B.A. in African Studies at Yale University, and both of her Ed.M.s at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. In addition to providing professional growth experiences, Alison seeks out her own ongoing education, through collegial networks, conferences and her work. A Bay Area resident for the last 25 years, Alison originally hails from a suburb of Philadelphia, PA, and is an avid trail runner, reader and occasional fly fisherwoman.
