“The opportunity to dialog with public school teachers and administrators was very helpful and provided new ideas and insights...the relational aspect of the experience was fun and rewarding. I made new and lasting friendships and discovered multiple “human” resources in the process!

A Typical Exchange Day (When in Person)
Our days begin at 8:30 am with our “morning gathering” - a time to set our intentions and grow our self/community-care understandings and skills.
We then move into a learning and exchange module that extends to lunch,
Lunch is a dedicated hour of great food and rich conversation!
Following lunch we debrief morning activities, move into an application/practice period, or launch into a new module.
Mid-afternoon we build in small group check-ins and CARE time - dedicated time and space for cohort members to get in a walk, gym workout, yoga session, quiet nap or personal coaching session.
Before dinner, we complete the day debriefing our learning and sharing and prepping for the next day’s agenda.
Dinner is an additional hour for more community building, coaching conversations, and sharing stories.
And, many spend their evenings enjoying a cohort “kick back” at the hotel or other local excursions.
A Typical Exchange Day (When Online)
Our days begin at 8 am PT/10 CT/11 am ET with our “morning gatherings” and “Exchange pods” - a time to set our intentions, do some inner research, and grow our self/community-care understandings and skills.
We then move into a short learning and exchange module followed by a 1.5-hour care break.
*Care breaks are choice times to take care of self (lunch/snacks/dinner, a nap, yoga/exercise, a time to connect with others…an endless list of options that energize and sustain us)
We reconvene for another short module, take a 30 min. break, and then move into our primary exchange module for the day.
After a 2-hour care break, we finish in exchange pods to debrief the day and prep for the next.
Generally, we build in a 1:1 ratio of exchange to care time.
Mid-Week Social
When you work hard together, you have to make time to play hard together. Beyond the built-in times to “break bread” and engage during CARE times, we dedicate an evening to release steam, relax, and engage the playful side of the cohort.
